For those of you who don't know, Micellar waters are just a gentle water based makeup remover.
They have been in vogue for quite a few years now with most French skincare brands offering a version but it's only been the past couple of years that more affordable and easy to come by brands have jumped on the band wagon.
I've tried quite a few different kinds but today I wanted to share these three with you as effective and affordable options.
The Simple and the Nivea bottles in the picture are all used up and the Garnier is actually my second bottle so I've definitely used these enough to form an opinion.
I actually really like and would recommend all three of these but for me the Garnier option is the winner, not only does it have double the amount of the other two brands per bottle but it is, for me, the most effective.
The other two work great but I find It takes me less time to remove every last trace of makeup and dirt with the Garnier.
If you're looking for a gentle non greasy makeup remover, I would recommend trying a micellar water. I have used them exclusively for the past 2 years and I don't think I could go back to other makeup removers at this point. Love them!
