I love Youtube. As most of you will know I have been making my own videos for years now but I have been a viewer for even longer.
I enjoy lots of different content. Books (obviously), beauty, comedy, DIY, daily vlogs. All sorts of things, but today I'm going to share with you my three favourite Food channels. These are all pretty well established channels, I've been watching for a long time but if you're a foodie, and haven't checked these out yet, you must.
First up is Foodwishes. Chef John has amazing cooking tutorials. Think of a dish and there's a good chance he already has a video teaching you how to make it. Every recipe I've tried from this man, I've loved but even dishes I know I'm not interested in making, I'll watch for the pure entertainment factor he provides. Brilliant.
Next we have Donal Skehan. Donal is a former Irish pop star as well as a television chef but his Youtube channel is, for me, where the magic happens. His vlogs and more chatty videos are great but his high quality cooking tutorials are a joy to watch. He breaks things down in an easy to follow way and makes some seriously delicious looking dishes. If you're a foodnetwork junkie and don't watch this channel, you should get on that.
Lastly we have Emmy from EmmyMadeinJapan. Her videos are a little different. She does tastes tests of food from all over the world and when she does a cooking video, it's never your average recipe. She makes bizarre retro jelly molds, prison ramen hacks and a multitude of other fun things. Her channel is fun and entertaining but don't watch too many of these if you're hungry. It won't end well.
