I'm feeling a little under the weather today, so I thought I would share with you the makeup products I turn to when I don't have the energy for a full face of makeup but want a little something to make myself look a brighter than I feel.
When I'm not feeling well, my face tends to emphasise the fact. My dark circles are out in full force and I can look like I haven't slept in weeks.
Concealer is my best friend when this happens, I use it under my eyes and anywhere I'm looking particularly dark, dull or red. I usually set the concealer with a light dusting of powder.
That done, I fill in my eyebrows lightly with powder (a step I'd skip if my brows were more naturally full), sweep on a little mascara to make my eyes look more open and put on some tinted lip balm to help bring some colour back to my face.
That's it. This only takes about 3 minutes to achieve but it makes me feel a little bit more put together. A feeling I enjoy when sickness strikes.
